Ball Resealable Can Burn the resealable lid

After a development project lasting several years, a new resealable drink can has been launched by Ball Packaging Europe. The can is provided with an adapted aluminum lid on which a plastic injection mold disconnection mechanism is added during the production.

This means it can be opened with a simple turning movement and can also be closed again liquid tight and airtight. 3DE assisted Ball Packaging in the development and, among other things, optimized the strength and material use.
