Philips Sensotouch and Sensotouch 3D

De Sensotouch shavers are mainly distinguished by their advanced shaving heads. Removing, cleaning and replacing of the shaving blades in the limited space if the shaving head was a difficult challenge for Van Dijk 3DE.

In the Sensotouch, a system with a high quality injection mold part, with which all three blades can be removed, was opted for. With the Sensotouch 3D, a compact system with a final mechanical feature was chosen: laser cutting and set metal components make this possible. Both drafts were thought up and elaborated by 3DE. The further realization of the shaving heads has been implemented in collaboration with Philips engineers.
